Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the Payaza Graduate Trainee Programme 2025, you must:
- Hold a First Class or Second-Class Upper (2:1) degree from a recognized university
- Have completed the NYSC program (for Nigerian applicants)
- Be a recent graduate (graduated within the last 1–2 years)
- Demonstrate strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
