Eligibility Criteria for the NNPC Emoimee Scholarship 2025
To qualify, applicants must meet the following requirements:
General Requirements
- Must be an indigene of Ikot Abasi Local Government Area (LGA).
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited tertiary institution (university, polytechnic, college of education, or college of nursing) within Nigeria.
- Must have completed at least one academic session in the institution.

Academic Requirements
- Must maintain a minimum academic performance of:
- Second Class Lower (2:2) for university students.
- Upper Credit for polytechnic or college of nursing students.
- Merit for students in colleges of education.
Conduct and Exclusivity
- Applicants must not currently hold another scholarship award.
- Must demonstrate good character and discipline, with no involvement in cultism or illegal activities.
- Academic results must be submitted at the start of each new session to maintain eligibility.
Consequences of Violation
Failure to comply with any of the above conditions — including poor academic performance or misconduct — will result in immediate withdrawal of the scholarship.
