Who Can Apply

To qualify for the NOVA Bank Graduate Trainee Program (NGTP), candidates must:

• Be passionate and ambitious about pursuing a career in sales
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
• Have graduated with a minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2)
• Have completed NYSC
• Be 28 years old or younger
