Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily departmental operations in assigned track
- Participate in structured training sessions and hands-on field assignments
- Work with senior staff on planning, research, and reporting tasks
- Conduct analysis and provide insights to enhance operational efficiency
- Rotate across departments to gain a full understanding of OMS operations
- Contribute to team projects and process improvement initiatives
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required
- Ensure compliance with OMS’ safety standards and operational procedures

Eligibility Requirements:
- B.Sc in any relevant field of study
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Recent graduates of maximum 2 years post-NYSC experience.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
