Roles and Responsibilities
The Pulse Graduate Intern will be responsible for the following:
- Generating, booking, and accurately clearing vendor bills using the ERP system
- Posting daily transactions into the General Ledger (GL)
- Managing supplier payments and accounts payable
- Handling tax reconciliation, payment, and filing
- Ensuring all invoices, purchase orders, tax certificates, contracts, and related documentation comply with local tax regulations and are properly uploaded or referenced in the ERP and Finance Google Drive
- Supporting month-end closing activities and meeting all reporting deadlines
- Maintaining high levels of accuracy, timeliness, initiative, and regulatory compliance
- Staying updated on relevant regulatory guidelines and industry best practices
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Performing additional duties as assigned by the team lead
- Ensuring all activities align with the company’s Code of Conduct
