Job Description: Quality Control Manager

The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for overseeing all quality assurance and control processes to ensure that products consistently meet internal standards and regulatory requirements.

This role involves supervising the QC team, inspecting raw and finished products, resolving quality issues, and driving continuous improvement within the production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, and review quality control procedures, policies, and documentation.
• Monitor production lines to ensure strict adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Inspect raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products for defects or inconsistencies.
• Supervise, mentor, and support the quality control team to ensure precision and compliance.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct routine internal audits and support external regulatory inspections.
• Collaborate closely with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure product quality.
• Prepare detailed quality reports, analyses, and recommendations for management decision-making.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety standards and relevant industry regulations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• A degree in Natural Sciences or a related field from a reputable institution.
• 3–5 years proven experience in a quality control role within a similar or related industry.
• Candidates residing in or around Agbara/Igbesa, Ogun State will be given special consideration.
• Readiness & Adaptability: Candidates who can immediately contribute and adapt quickly to the role are highly preferred.
