Radboud Scholarship Details
If you’re awarded the Radboud Scholarship and are accepted into a two-year Master’s programme, you’ll need to pass all your first-year courses to continue receiving the scholarship for the second year.

Important notes:
- The Radboud Scholarship cannot be combined with the Radboud Encouragement Scholarship or the Fulbright-Radboud Scholarship. You can apply for multiple scholarships, but only one will be awarded.

Radboud University Scholarship Requirements
To apply for this scholarship, you must meet the following criteria:
- Non-EU/non-EEA passport holder.
- You must not qualify for the lower EU/EEA tuition fees.
- You hold (or will soon complete) a Bachelor’s degree from a university outside the Netherlands. You also cannot have completed any degree or received prior education in the Netherlands (with the exception of exchange programmes).
- You meet the English language proficiency requirements for your chosen Master’s programme.
- You have been fully admitted to an English-taught Master’s programme at Radboud University, starting on 1 September 2024.
- You are able to meet the visa requirements for studying in the Netherlands.
- You will be a full-time student at Radboud University during the academic year for which the scholarship is awarded.
Scholarship Benefits
- If you’re selected for the Radboud Scholarship, your tuition will be reduced to €2,530. For example, a student in the 2024/2025 academic year will pay only €2,530 instead of the full €17,000 tuition.
- The scholarship also covers essential costs like a visa, residence permit, health insurance, and liability insurance (Aon Student Insurance), making it much easier to manage life in the Netherlands.
Please note: The scholarship does not cover your living expenses in the Netherlands, so you’ll need to plan for accommodation, food, and other costs during your stay.

- Two Separate Processes: Keep in mind that getting admitted to a Master’s programme does not automatically mean you’ll receive the scholarship, as the selection process for the scholarship is separate from the programme admission.
