Graduate Trainee Program 2026
Resilience Technologies is pleased to announce applications for its prestigious Graduate Trainee Program — an exceptional opportunity for ambitious Nigerian graduates to launch their careers in a dynamic and impact-driven cybersecurity environment.
Over a three-month intensive programme, selected trainees will undergo a comprehensive learning and development experience designed to build technical expertise, professional capacity, and leadership potential.
The programme is structured to nurture young professionals into future leaders who will advance the organisation’s mission.
Outstanding participants may transition into a full-time Junior Associate role upon successful completion.

Programme Structure
Trainees will gain hands-on experience in one of the following tracks:
- Tech & Security
- Programs & Operations
- Communications & Marketing
Participants will:
- Engage in an intensive three-month training programme
- Contribute to projects focused on protecting at-risk communities
- Develop practical skills in cybersecurity, project coordination, operations, or communications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Produce written and visual content aligned with brand standards
- Demonstrate creativity, proactivity, and excellence throughout the programme
Required Skills
Applicants should possess:
- A functional laptop
- Reliable internet connection
- Basic digital skills
- Proactivity and strong willingness to learn
- Cybersecurity background (academic, professional, or self-taught)
- Strong writing and communication skills
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- Solid design skills (Canva or similar tools)
- Video or motion graphics skills (an added advantage)
- Ability to tell creative and purposeful stories
- Fast learning ability
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be graduates of recognised institutions with a minimum of Second-Class Lower (2:2)
- Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme
- Not be older than 27 years
- Possess a functional laptop and reliable internet access
- Demonstrate proactivity and eagerness to learn
