Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related Science discipline
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in oil & gas drilling and completion operations
- At least 5 years’ hands-on experience in well engineering
- Strong proficiency in well design software such as Compass, WellCAT, WellPlan, and similar tools
- Demonstrated commitment to HSSE and process safety standards
- Strong stakeholder management skills and commercial awareness
