Core Responsibilities
Across all teaching roles, our faculty members are expected to excel in:
- Instructional Excellence: Use research-based, inquiry-driven methods and the Understanding by Design (UbD) framework to deliver differentiated instruction.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborative lesson design aligned with international standards and diverse learning needs.
- Data-Driven Assessment: Utilize formative and summative assessments to track progress and provide actionable feedback.
- Holistic Environment: Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom culture based on AISL Core Values.
- Professionalism & Community: Contribute to school-wide committees, lead after-school activities or sports, and engage in continuous professional development.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for educators who meet the following criteria:
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (BSc/HND/BA) in Education or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of full-time teaching experience in a progressive or international school setting.
- Certification: Current international teaching qualification/certification in the relevant subject area.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of child development, safeguarding, MTSS (Multi-Tiered Systems of Support), and classroom management.

- Resilience and adaptability (comfortable with the pace of the developing world).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
