Key Responsibilities
Participants in the program will:
Department Rotation
- Participate in rotations across multiple departments such as Marketing, Operations, Communications, and Customer Relations to gain a broad understanding of business operations.
Project Support
- Assist with daily tasks, projects, and initiatives assigned by department supervisors and team leaders.
Data Collection & Analysis
- Gather, analyze, and present data to support informed decision-making and improve operational processes.
Skill Development
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and seminars aimed at strengthening technical and soft skills.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare reports and presentations that summarize findings, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with teams across departments to complete assignments effectively.
Feedback & Improvement
- Actively seek feedback, implement improvements, and demonstrate professional growth.
Compliance

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science-related fields, Business Management, or other related disciplines
- Experience: Recent graduate with 0–2 years of experience
- Internship experience is an added advantage but not required
