Applications are now open for the 2026 Tropical General Investments (TGI) Group Young Professionals Program.
Tropical General Investments (TGI) Group is an international investment and holding company with diversified interests across Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and other emerging markets.
The Young Professionals Program (YPP) is a structured talent development initiative designed to equip high-potential professionals with the skills, knowledge, and competencies required for future leadership roles within the Group.
Program Overview
The YPP forms a key part of TGI’s talent pipeline strategy. It provides experienced candidates the opportunity to:
- Deepen their professional knowledge
- Build essential leadership and managerial competencies
- Gain hands-on, experiential learning across business functions

Program Structure
- Duration: 6 months
- Cross-functional and cross-business rotations
- Practical, project-based learning activities
- Intensive six-week induction exercise at the start of the program

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- B.Sc / HND in Engineering, Social Sciences, Agriculture, Sciences, or other relevant disciplines
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience
- Completed NYSC
- Maximum age of 27 years
- CV must contain comprehensive and relevant professional information
