The Kontent Hub is hiring a Content Creator to support content production across client brands and agency campaigns.
This role is ideal for a creative and proactive individual who enjoys creating engaging social-first content, capturing behind-the-scenes moments, filming lifestyle and brand content, and producing videos that perform across modern social media platforms.
The successful candidate will work closely with Social Media Managers, Strategists, and Creative Teams to execute content plans for clients across different industries.
About the Role
The Content Creator will be responsible for producing content for social media campaigns, content shoots, events, activations, and client projects.
The role focuses heavily on short-form video content, trend-based content, creator-style content, and behind-the-scenes storytelling designed for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
Candidates should be comfortable working in fast-paced environments, attending content shoots, and creating engaging visual content that aligns with brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Attend scheduled content shoot days for The Kontent Hub and client brands.
- Create and edit short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Capture behind-the-scenes (BTS) content during shoots, meetings, activations, and events.
- Support the creation of trend-based and creator-style content.
- Film food, lifestyle, hospitality, founder, and event-related content when required.
- Work closely with Social Media Managers and the Strategy Team to execute content plans.
- Support agency marketing content initiatives.
- Assist during campaigns, creator activations, webinars, and event coverage.
- Stay updated on social media trends, content formats, and platform updates.
- Ensure content is delivered on time and aligns with brand direction.

Preferred Skills
The ideal candidate should have:
- Experience creating creator-style content.
- Experience creating hospitality or lifestyle content.
- Familiarity with tools such as:
- CapCut
- Canva

Work Structure
- Hybrid role.
- Required onsite attendance two times weekly.
- Approximately eight content shoot days per month.
- Occasional event and weekend coverage may be required.
