Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible, applicants must:
- Possess a minimum of five (5) O’Level credits, including Mathematics and English Language.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations & Personnel Management, Business Administration, Educational Psychology, or a related discipline with a minimum of Second Class Honours.
- Have 0–3 years of relevant work experience, including internships or NYSC.
- Be 28 years old or younger.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Show a passion for learning, innovation, teamwork, and excellence.
- Have CIPM certification or be currently pursuing the certification (this will be an added advantage).
