Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible, applicants must:

  • Possess a minimum of five (5) O’Level credits, including Mathematics and English Language.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations & Personnel Management, Business Administration, Educational Psychology, or a related discipline with a minimum of Second Class Honours.
  • Have 0–3 years of relevant work experience, including internships or NYSC.
  • Be 28 years old or younger.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Show a passion for learning, innovation, teamwork, and excellence.
  • Have CIPM certification or be currently pursuing the certification (this will be an added advantage).
