The programme offers recent graduates structured training, hands-on project experience, mentorship, and exposure to various engineering functions while working alongside experienced professionals in the energy sector.
Responsibilities
- Participate in structured technical, operational, and soft-skills training.
- Assist senior engineers with project planning, design, and execution.
- Conduct research and analysis to support engineering activities.
- Prepare technical documents, reports, and presentations.
- Develop proficiency in relevant engineering software, tools, and systems.
- Support engineering operations on-site or in the field when required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives.
- Comply with health, safety, and environmental standards and regulations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering from a reputable institution.
- Must have graduated between 2023 and 2025.
- Must have completed the compulsory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative.
- Basic knowledge of industry-specific tools or software, such as AutoCAD, is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as part of the training rotation.
