About the Heirs Holdings Graduate Trainee Programme
The programme is driven by Heirs Academy, the Corporate University of Heirs Holdings, and is designed to equip young professionals with the knowledge, skills and practical experience required to build successful careers within Africa’s private sector.
Trainees will learn about business fundamentals, leadership and the Heirs Holdings ecosystem before gaining hands-on experience within participating portfolio companies.

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
- Hold a university degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2)
- Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme
- Be no older than 27 years at the time of application
- Demonstrate willingness to learn, grow and contribute in a performance-driven environment
