About the Graduate Trainee Programme
The programme is targeted at recent graduates who are willing to learn, solve problems, take on challenges and develop practical commercial experience.
This is primarily a field-based sales opportunity rather than a desk-based role. Trainees should therefore be comfortable spending a significant part of their working week in the field, interacting with customers and distributors.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
- Have a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1)
- Be between 21 and 27 years old by October 2026
- Have completed NYSC
- Have 0–2 years of work experience
- Be available to work in Lagos or Ibadan
