Data Entry Officer Job at DavidOrlah Nigeria Limited | ₦200,000 Monthly Salary + HMO, Pension & Other Benefits
DavidOrlah Nigeria Limited is recruiting a Data Entry Officer to join its Farm Administration and Operations team in Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State.
The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately capturing, maintaining and managing farm, production, inventory, sales and operational records to support effective business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Input and update farm production and yield data into spreadsheets, ERP or database systems.
- Maintain accurate records of input usage, equipment and operational activities.
- Enter and reconcile sales, inventory and stock movement data.
- Verify data accuracy by cross-checking field reports, delivery notes, receipts and other source documents.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for management review.
- Identify and flag discrepancies, anomalies and inconsistencies in operational data.
- File and securely archive physical and digital records.
- Support the Finance, Procurement, Logistics and Business Intelligence teams with accurate data.
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.
- Participate in regular farm-site visits to verify operational data.
Qualifications & Requirements
- OND, HND or BSc in any discipline. Agriculture, Business Administration, Computer Science or related fields are preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with database or ERP systems.
- Experience with data analytics, reporting or data visualization tools.
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of farm operations and agricultural terminology is an added advantage.
- Experience with Pivot Tables, Power BI or other reporting tools is an advantage.
- Previous experience in agriculture or agribusiness is a plus.

Location Requirement
This is a farm- and office-based position that requires regular visits to the farm site.
Only candidates who reside in or close to Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State will be shortlisted.
