Important Investment Terms

Entrepreneurs should note that the $35,000 investment should not be interpreted as a guaranteed cash grant.

Under the EIP terms, investment may be released in tranches based on agreed milestones and key performance indicators. The funding may consist of both cash and non-cash support.

The programme may also take an equity interest of typically 1% to 5% in participating businesses. The final equity percentage is subject to agreement and will be documented in a separate investment agreement before disbursement.
