- Participate in development programmes and build technical and commercial skills.
- Complete assigned training projects and deliverables.
- Collaborate with sales, service and business development teams.
- Support regional sales and service strategies to improve business growth.
- Build relationships with customers and promote Emerson’s range of solutions.
- Identify customer needs and help improve service delivery and satisfaction.
- Keep up with product developments, industry changes and market trends.
- Maintain accurate business activity records.

Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant science discipline such as Physics, Chemistry, Geology or Computer Science.
- Minimum of Second Class Upper from a recognised university.
- Completed NYSC or obtained a discharge or exemption certificate by September 2025.
- Must not be older than 26 years.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in English.
- 0-2 years of postgraduate work experience preferred.
- Oil and gas industry experience is an advantage.
- Strong presentation, organisation and communication skills.
- Adaptability, curiosity, integrity and willingness to learn.
