Nigerian Foundries Limited Graduate Trainee Programme 2026: Engineering, Sales and Marketing Roles
Nigerian Foundries Limited, a ferrous foundry and engineering company with manufacturing facilities in Lagos and Ogun State, is recruiting fresh graduates for its 18-month Graduate Trainee Programme.
The programme provides structured training, departmental rotations, mentorship and hands-on experience across engineering, manufacturing, sales and commercial operations.

Responsibilities
Production Engineer, Sales Engineer and Design Engineer
- Participate in structured training and departmental rotations.
- Gain practical experience in foundry operations, machining, fabrication, engineering design and 3D printing.
- Support projects and activities related to the assigned engineering discipline.
- Learn from experienced professionals and contribute to manufacturing operations.
Sales and Marketing
- Participate in training and rotations across relevant commercial departments.
- Support sales and marketing activities for the company’s engineering and manufacturing products.
- Develop practical knowledge of technical sales, customer engagement and commercial operations.

Requirements
Production Engineer, Sales Engineer and Design Engineer
- B.Sc., B.Eng. or HND in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Chemical, Metallurgical/Materials Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in CAD software is mandatory, including SolidWorks, Fusion 360 or AutoCAD.
- Must be 27 years old or younger.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–2 years of work experience are eligible.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Sales and Marketing
- B.Sc. or HND in Marketing or any Social Science discipline.
- Engineering graduates interested in technical sales are also eligible to apply.
- Must be 27 years old or younger.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–2 years of work experience are eligible.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Selection Process
