- Position: Digital Fellow (Digital Programs) – Two Openings
- Location: Remote, United States
- Type: Full-Time, One-Year Fellowship
We are seeking two Digital Fellows to support the enhancement and maintenance of our service finders on Bedsider and AbortionFinder.org.
This role involves managing our clinic finder database by researching, verifying, and updating information about clinics that provide birth control and/or abortion care.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and confident in both data management and interpersonal communication—whether building relationships with partners, making outreach calls, or entering accurate information into our systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify clinic and network information for accuracy.
- Research, contact, and onboard new clinics via online research, phone, and email outreach.
- Accurately enter and format data following established protocols.
- Ensure all clinics meet inclusion standards for the database.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to maintain data accuracy, especially amid legal or policy changes.
- Support daily operations and other project needs as assigned.
- Use platforms such as Airtable, Google Sheets, and Monday.com for tracking and managing information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, problem-solver, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable conducting phone outreach and building relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be based in the United States.

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $26/hour (40 hours per week, non-exempt).
