Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering, Geosciences, Business, or related fields).
No prior work experience is required, but internships or volunteer experience will be an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and commitment to professional growth.
