Program Overview

We are excited to announce the launch of the Ray Oil and Gas Graduate Trainee Program 2025, designed to equip ambitious graduates with hands-on training, mentorship, and career development opportunities.

As a Graduate Trainee, you will gain exposure to different aspects of our operations, work alongside experienced professionals, and participate in structured training sessions, workshops, and real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Shadow experienced staff members to understand departmental operations.
• Participate in training programs, workshops, and team-building activities.
• Take detailed notes on daily learning experiences and prepare progress reports.
• Contribute fresh ideas and innovative solutions to improve existing processes.
• Assist Managers and Supervisors with projects, research, and data analysis.
• Rotate across departments to gain exposure to different functions of the business.
• Conduct field visits and site inspections as required.
• Deliver presentations and compile reports to showcase learning progress.
• Uphold the company’s values and reputation in all engagements.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering, Geosciences, Business, or related fields).
• No prior work experience is required, but internships or volunteer experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with excellent research abilities.
• A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and commitment to professional growth.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to new environments.
