GrowthAssistant is Hiring: Remote Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator
GrowthAssistant is on the lookout for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our fully remote team.
This role is perfect for someone who can blend creativity with strategy, bringing ideas to life using modern tools like ChatGPT, Canva, and AI-powered design platforms.

Do you have a knack for turning simple ideas into scroll-stopping posts? Do you love connecting with online communities, crafting engaging content, and building a brand’s presence? If yes — we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drafting, editing, and publishing engaging short-form content for LinkedIn and Twitter/X (with the support of AI tools when needed).
- Managing multiple social channels while ensuring the brand’s tone, personality, and consistency.
- Actively engaging with the community by monitoring comments, replying, liking, and sparking conversations.
- Organizing and maintaining a content calendar to ensure timely, consistent posting.
- Designing simple but impactful visuals (infographics, slides, carousels) using Canva, Gamma, or AI art tools.
- Tracking post performance using Google Sheets or simple analytics tools to identify trends and improve reach.
- Assisting with outreach and lead follow-ups via LinkedIn/X or email platforms.
- Summarizing engagement results and building useful lead lists for campaigns.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing professional social media accounts (especially LinkedIn & Twitter/X).
- Excellent writing skills — concise, engaging, adaptable.
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT to brainstorm, draft, or polish content.
- Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Strong command of written English with sharp attention to detail.
- A self-starter who is reliable, responsive, and thrives in an async remote work environment.
- Availability to work EST hours.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with Canva, Gamma, or AI-powered design platforms.
- Experience with LinkedIn automation tools.
- Knowledge of outbound lead engagement strategies.
- Light CRM or data-tracking experience.
- Ability to capture and replicate a founder’s unique voice online.
