Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Lafarge Africa Graduate Trainee Program 2025, applicants must meet the following requirements:
Must have graduated no earlier than January 2023, with a minimum of Second Class (Upper/Lower) or its equivalent.
Must hold a degree in any of the following disciplines:
- Chemical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Business Management
- Accounting / Finance
- Or other related fields.
- 0 – 2 years of work experience (previous plant or industrial exposure is an added advantage).
- Proficiency with digital tools, data analysis, and collaboration platforms.
- Active involvement in student leadership, volunteer projects, or internships will be considered an advantage.
