Tiger Foods Limited is a Nigerian food manufacturing and processing company established in 1996. The company produces spices, seasonings, dehydrated vegetables, paste products, beverages and food ingredients for foodservice distributors and manufacturers across Nigeria.
The 2026 Engineering Graduate Trainee Programme is a structured, on-site contract opportunity based at Tiger Foods Limited’s manufacturing facility in Onitsha, Anambra State.
The programme is designed to provide recent engineering graduates with practical exposure to industrial production, food processing, food safety, regulatory compliance and technical operations within a real FMCG environment.
The opportunity is suitable for engineering graduates who have completed NYSC and want to gain hands-on industry experience while applying their academic knowledge in a working manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
- Apply engineering knowledge to activities within an industrial food production environment.
- Gain practical exposure to food manufacturing and processing operations.
- Develop an understanding of structured manufacturing processes and production performance.
- Understand how engineering support contributes to product quality, operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Gain exposure to food safety, regulatory compliance and quality management practices in line with NIS ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Participate in graduate training and development activities within Tiger Foods’ operational environment.
- Support relevant technical and production activities as assigned.
Requirements
- A First Degree in an engineering-related field.
- Minimum of Second Class Lower (2.2).
- Must have completed the NYSC programme.
- Must not be more than 27 years old at the time of application.
- Must reside in Onitsha or be willing to relocate to Onitsha, Anambra State.
- Strong interest in engineering, manufacturing and industrial operations.
