About the Program – The Voyage Experience
The Marriott Voyage Program is an award-winning global leadership development initiative designed to empower recent graduates with the skills, mentorship, and experience needed to become future leaders in hospitality.
This full-time, paid program provides hands-on, discipline-specific training and a leadership-focused curriculum within a Marriott-managed hotel.
As a Voyage Associate, you will learn directly from experienced professionals, gain real-world insights, and take on meaningful responsibilities that prepare you for a long-term career in hotel management.
Voyage is not a classroom training—it’s a real-world adventure that takes place across 50+ countries, providing participants with an unmatched global experience in hospitality leadership.

Qualifications and Requirements
To be eligible for the 2026 Voyage Graduate Development Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must have graduated with a degree from a recognized university or hotel school within the last two years (on or after March 2024).
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent higher-level education required. (An Associate Degree is acceptable for Culinary applicants.)
- Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate, build relationships, and work effectively in a team.
- Self-driven with the ability to manage tasks independently and show initiative.
- A genuine passion for personal and professional growth in hospitality leadership.
- Valid work authorization in the country of application (exceptions apply in some GCC countries).
Note: Candidates currently enrolled in a university with an expected graduation date within 12 months of application may also be considered.
