Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training programs across engineering, product, and operations teams
• Support the development, testing, and maintenance of digital products and services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on real business and technical projects
• Assist in data analysis, system improvements, and process optimization
• Contribute to problem-solving initiatives and innovation within the company
• Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations on assigned tasks

Requirements for the 2026 iRecharge Tech-Innovations Graduate Trainee Program

• Bachelor’s degree (BSc/HND) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) or Upper Credit
• 0–2 years of experience (NYSC completed or in view)
• Basic knowledge of programming (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• High level of curiosity, willingness to learn, and adaptability
