Job Summary

The successful candidate will support the Outlet Manager in coordinating day-to-day service station operations.

This role involves ensuring efficient station management, maintaining accurate and prompt cash control, and supervising station attendants to ensure regular cash remittance at agreed intervals.

The role also requires close collaboration with station staff to achieve and exceed sales targets, while serving as the first point of contact for resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily service station operations
  • Assign, schedule, and monitor duties of station attendants to ensure efficiency and compliance
  • Conduct daily safety drills for all service station personnel
  • Maintain effective inventory control of materials, products, and consumables
  • Oversee daily product discharge operations at the station
  • Ensure strict adherence to company product discharge manuals and operational procedures
  • Enforce accurate cash control policies and ensure timely cash evacuation from attendants
  • Prepare and submit daily opening and closing stock-taking reports
  • Support the Outlet Manager in meeting and surpassing individual and unit sales targets
  • Promote excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer complaints or escalate where necessary
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
