The program is organized by Women Techsters / Tech4Dev and focuses on delivering practical, beginner-friendly training in high-demand technology fields.
About the Bootcamp
According to the application details, the Women Techsters Bootcamp is a 3-week introductory virtual program created to:
- Develop relevant coding and digital skills
- Help participants kick-start or transition into technology careers
- Bridge knowledge gaps in emerging and AI-enabled technologies
The program is tailored to support beginners and early learners.

Available Learning Tracks
Applicants may select one (1) learning track from the following options:
- Cybersecurity
- Data Analysis
- Product Design
- Product Management
- Software Development
- Technical Project Management
Each track introduces participants to core concepts and practical skills required in the selected field.

Who Can Apply?
The bootcamp is open to:
- Girls and women aged 16–40 years
- Applicants residing in African countries, including Nigeria, Ghana, Ethiopia, Egypt, South Africa, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, DR Congo, Morocco, Angola, Rwanda, Zambia, Zimbabwe, and others
- Individuals willing to participate in a fully virtual learning environment
Application Requirements
To complete the application, applicants must provide:
