About the Programme
The SEforALL STEM Traineeship Programme is designed to support women’s entry and career development in the energy sector.
The programme recognizes that women remain underrepresented in energy, climate finance, policy, and technical roles, even though women and girls are often disproportionately affected by energy poverty.
