A.G. Leventis (Nigeria) Limited is recruiting Graduate Trainees for the position of Fleet Controller to support fleet coordination, transportation and delivery operations across its locations.
The opportunity is suitable for recent graduates interested in logistics, transport management, supply chain operations and fleet coordination.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor delivery officers throughout assigned trips to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- Track truck movements using GPS and fleet management systems.
- Assist in resolving delivery delays, route deviations and other operational disruptions.
- Liaise with delivery officers to obtain real-time updates on delivery progress.
- Monitor fleet turnaround times and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Prepare daily fleet status reports and operational dashboards.
- Maintain accurate fleet and delivery data for performance analysis and decision-making.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of post-graduation experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
- Ability to work in any of the listed locations.
- Valid NYSC discharge certificate or exemption letter.
