About the ADESA Customer Service Internship
The Customer Service Intern will support ADESA’s customer service function and assist with enquiries, complaints and service-related requests concerning the company’s products and services.
The role also provides an opportunity to gain exposure to operations related to CNG conversion services, refilling and dispensing stations.

Role Responsibilities
The successful intern will support the team in:
- Responding to customer enquiries and service-related requests
- Assisting with the resolution of customer complaints
- Providing customers with relevant information about products and services
- Supporting day-to-day customer service activities
- Learning about CNG products and operations
- Understanding applicable safety standards and procedures
- Supporting other customer service and operational activities as required
Requirements
Applicants should have:
- OND, HND or Bachelor’s degree
- Be a recent graduate or currently serving as an NYSC member
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to use Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Willingness to learn about CNG products, safety standards and operations
Previous customer service experience is an advantage but is not required.
