Job Description: Project Lead – Agrolearn (Remote, but must be available to travel)

Position Overview:
As the Project Lead at Agrolearn, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our platform.
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution, ensuring that our courses, internship programs, and job placement initiatives align with our mission and deliver exceptional value to our learners.
This role demands a candidate who is innovative, self-driven, and passionate about agriculture education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the project team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Curriculum Development: Oversee the development, review, and update of high-quality agricultural courses, ensuring they meet industry standards and learner needs.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and informative course content, including videos, quizzes, and assessments.
- Grant Writing: Identify and secure grants to support Agrolearn’s initiatives and expand our reach.
- Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with agricultural institutions, industry partners, and potential employers.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
- Internship Placement: Coordinate internship placements for learners, ensuring they gain practical experience and develop valuable skills.
- Job Placement: Assist learners in securing employment opportunities within the agricultural sector.
- Research: Conduct research to identify emerging trends and best practices in agricultural education and training.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Education, Development Studies, Project Management, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree in any of these fields or a similar discipline is an added advantage.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the edtech industry, with a focus on agricultural education.
Skills:
- Excellent grant writing skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven project management abilities
- Experience in private sector development
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Expertise in course development and curriculum design
- Ability to build and maintain partnerships
