What Successful Candidates Will Do
- Gain cross-functional exposure by working across Research, Ratings, and Consulting
- Collaborate with experienced professionals on advisory and credit rating assignments
Serve as an industry analyst for assigned sectors, including:
- Preparing industry research reports within agreed timelines
- Monitoring and analysing key developments within assigned industries
- Producing Agusto Market Intelligence (AMI) reports on a quarterly basis
- Developing client-specific research reports
- Support the consulting team on bespoke client engagements
- Provide training faculty and logistics support during learning programmes and campaigns

Qualifications & Requirements
- Recent graduates with a good Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- High level of intellectual curiosity and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Additional professional qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CFA) and/or a Master’s degree will be an added advantage
- Must have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme
