About the Graduate Trainee Program 2025
The Saro Lifecare Graduate Trainee Program is designed to nurture fresh graduates into future leaders through intensive training, mentoring, and real-time exposure to business operations within the FMCG industry.
As a trainee, you’ll gain hands-on experience in various business functions and participate in impactful projects that contribute directly to the company’s growth.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the Saro Lifecare Graduate Trainee Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Academic Qualification: Minimum of a Second-Class Upper (2:1) degree from a recognized university.
- NYSC: Must have completed NYSC or be scheduled to complete it by October 2025.
- Field of Study: Candidates with backgrounds in Pharmacy, Accounting, Finance, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Business Administration, or related disciplines are encouraged to apply.
- Location: Applications are welcome from candidates based in Lagos, Benin, Anambra, Oyo, Osun, Ondo, Ogun, Enugu, Bayelsa, Kaduna, Kano, Onitsha, Delta, Jos, Imo, Ebonyi, Abuja, and other Nigerian states.
Required Skills & Competencies
Ideal candidates should possess the following qualities:
- A self-starter with a strong drive for success.
- Willingness to work or live in rural areas where company operations are located.
- Analytical and innovative mindset with a quick learning ability.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong sense of accountability, adaptability, and team spirit.
