Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Program Manager to lead the planning and execution of a scholarship program for secondary school students in Lagos.
This role is ideal for a self-starter who is solutions-driven and passionate about grassroots education and youth development. The position follows a phased approach, with responsibilities spanning planning, participant sourcing, and program execution.

Key Responsibilities
1. Program Planning & Coordination
- Collaborate with the Founder to design and execute the scholarship program
- Provide local insights to enhance planning and delivery effectiveness
2. Participant Sourcing & Outreach
- Drive awareness and applications through both online and offline channels
- Coordinate outreach to schools, including engagement with administrators, teachers, and community networks
- Manage the application and participant selection process
3. Vendor & Logistics Management
- Source and manage vendors; negotiate pricing and service agreements
- Oversee participant coordination, including attendance and daily logistics (e.g., transportation arrangements)
4. Data Management & Reporting
- Develop and maintain a structured data system for the program
- Provide regular updates and reports on program progress

Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior experience in program coordination, operations, or project management
- Familiarity with schools, youth programs, or community-based initiatives
- Basic design skills (e.g., Canva or similar tools)
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Forms, spreadsheets, and AI productivity tools
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems effectively
