Role Overview

UNICAF is seeking a dynamic Marketing Officer to join our team in Nigeria. The role involves supporting the planning and execution of marketing strategies to attract and retain students, drive brand growth, and enhance UNICAF’s presence in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing marketing and business development initiatives
• Support campaigns, events, PR, and advertising activities
• Conduct market research and identify new opportunities
• Manage partner relationships and enhance customer value
• Prepare reports, presentations, and marketing materials
• Contribute to achieving organisational goals and KPIs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field (Master’s is an advantage)
• Minimum of 3 years’ marketing experience (education sector experience is highly desirable)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
