This dynamic program is tailored to equip young talents with the skills, knowledge, and experience required to contribute meaningfully to the group’s operations, business strategy, and expansion goals in Nigeria and Ghana.

Trainees will be placed across SIAT Group’s integrated agribusiness operations in:
- Presco Plc – Edo State, Nigeria
- Siat Nigeria Limited – Rivers State, Nigeria
- Ghana Oil Palm Development Company (GOPDC) – Eastern Region, Ghana

Who Can Apply?
Educational Qualifications:
Graduates from recognized local or international institutions with a minimum of Second-Class Upper (2:1) in the following disciplines (and closely related fields):
- Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering
- Engineering: Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Civil, Food Technology, Process, or Chemical Engineering
- Environmental & Social Sciences, Sustainability, Community Development, HSE
- Finance, Accounting
- Sales & Marketing
- Supply Chain, Inventory & Logistics
- Business Administration, Human Resources, IT, Data Analysis

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, applicants must:
- Be 26 years old or younger (born in 1999 or after)
- Hold a B.Sc. / B.Tech degree or higher in any of the listed fields
- Have completed National Youth Service (with discharge certificate) by April 2025
- Be computer literate and in good physical health
- Be willing to live and work in rural/remote areas where SIAT operates
