The Teach For Nigeria Fellowship is a two-year leadership development programme designed to equip Nigeria’s most promising future leaders with the skills, experience, and network needed to drive meaningful social impact.
The Fellowship brings together passionate young Nigerians who are committed to expanding educational and life opportunities for children across Nigeria while developing their own leadership potential.
Fellowship Requirements
To be considered for the Teach For Nigeria Fellowship, applicants must:
- Be a Nigerian citizen between 18 and 35 years old
- Be a university graduate with at least a Second-Class Honours degree
- Have completed NYSC on or before July 2027
- Be intrinsically motivated, innovative, and passionate about making a difference
- Be willing to commit to meaningful social impact work

What Do Fellows Gain?
Selected Fellows will have access to valuable opportunities designed to support their personal, professional, and leadership development, including:
