What the Aradel Internship Offers
The 2025/2026 Internship Program is designed to:
- Give you hands-on on-the-job experience
- Offer coaching and development support from industry experts
- Provide real exposure to operations within the energy sector

Graduate interns spend up to 12 months, while undergraduate interns spend up to 6 months (or as required by the school).
Internship Tracks
Aradel offers two categories of internships.
Undergraduate Internship
This track is for students currently in a full-time university program.
Requirements:
- Must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate program
- Must be a 300 level or 400 level student in the 2025/2026 academic year
- Must have school approval/authorization for the internship
- Internship duration is 6 months or as stipulated by your university
Graduate Internship
This track is for fresh graduates who completed their degree not more than a year ago.
Requirements:
- Must hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
- Must have minimum of Second-Class Upper (2:1)
- HND holders must have Upper Credit
- Must be a recent graduate (less than one year post-graduation)
- Duration is up to 12 months (1 year)

Additional Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should also:
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
