Dangote Petroleum Refinery & Petrochemicals is inviting applications for its 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme, a major early-career opportunity for young graduates who want to build a career in the oil, gas, refinery, petrochemicals, engineering, technical support, and business operations space.
This is an 18-month structured graduate trainee programme designed to expose selected candidates to different functions of refinery operations while giving them hands-on experience, professional development, and practical learning within one of Africa’s most important industrial projects.

About the Graduate Trainee Programme
The 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme is designed for high-potential, vibrant, and enthusiastic graduates who are ready to begin their careers in a leading oil and gas company in Africa.
Throughout the programme, trainees will be exposed to various business and technical functions within refinery operations. They will gain practical experience, learn from skilled professionals, and develop the competence required to contribute meaningfully to the oil and gas industry.
Programme Duration: 18 months
