Applications are now open for the eHealth Africa H1 2026 Internship Program — the first-ever All-Female Cohort, designed to empower women to lead and thrive in the global health and technology space.
About the Program
eHealth Africa (eHA) is proud to introduce this groundbreaking initiative aimed at building a more inclusive, equitable, and empowered future for women in global health.
The internship provides recent graduates and university students in career transition with the opportunity to gain practical experience, work on impactful projects, and learn directly from industry leaders who are transforming healthcare delivery across Africa through technology and data-driven innovation.
This program also seeks to:
- Enhance employability by offering valuable work experience and professional exposure.
- Develop leadership and technical competencies among young women.
- Promote women’s participation in decision-making roles across key development and innovation sectors.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the eHealth Africa H1 2026 Internship Program, applicants must:
- Be female and a recent graduate or student in transition from a recognized university.
- Hold a First Degree or equivalent in a relevant field of study.
- Have 1–2 years of experience in a related field (an added advantage).
- Possess a valid NYSC Certificate of Completion, Exemption, or Exclusion.
- Have graduated not earlier than 2021.
- Apply to only one department — multiple applications will lead to disqualification.
