About the Internship Program
The GEN Internship Program is an intensive, fully remote, eight-week experience designed to help interns build real-world professional skills while contributing to meaningful global projects.
Interns work directly with GEN teams and stakeholders across different countries and regions, gaining exposure to:

Internship Opportunities Available
GEN is recruiting interns across multiple tracks and specialized programs.
1. New Inventor Intern
This internship focuses on reviewing startups from Europe and the United States to identify promising innovations and founders.
Interns will:
- Review startup applications
- Analyze products and innovations
- Use AI and human evaluation methods
- Help identify startups for recognition and funding
- Gain exposure to entrepreneurial trends in 2026

2. Research and Policy Associate Intern
This internship supports GEN’s work in helping governments become more startup-friendly and innovation-driven.
