Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

  • Be Nigerian graduates passionate about building a career in Learning and Capability Development.
  • Be fresh graduates of Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other related fields.
  • Be 27 years old or younger as of July 1, 2026.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) from a reputable university.
  • Have completed the mandatory NYSC program.
  • Possess strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Be tech-savvy and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
