Program Description
We invite applications from fresh, talented, and driven graduates with a passion for learning, growth, and people development to join the Multipro Graduate Trainee Program 2025.
This program offers a unique opportunity to build a rewarding career in Learning and Capability Development, while gaining hands-on experience managing training and development operations across our branches in Nigeria.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be Nigerian graduates passionate about building a career in Learning and Capability Development.
- Be fresh graduates of Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other related fields.
- Be 27 years old or younger as of July 1, 2026.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) from a reputable university.
- Have completed the mandatory NYSC program.
- Possess strong analytical and communication skills.
- Be tech-savvy and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
