About the Programme
Rotic Aluminium Extrusion invites applications for the Graduate Trainee – Business Support Functions programme. This opportunity is designed for recent graduates who are eager to gain practical, hands-on experience within a factory environment.
Participants will rotate across key non-production departments, including:
- Finance & Control
- Planning
- Supply Chain & Logistics
- Human Resources
- Business Support

Who Should Apply
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a relevant discipline from an accredited institution
- Recent graduates (within the last 2 years)
- Completed or exempted from NYSC
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis
- Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable working in a factory setting
- Innovative thinkers with a passion for process improvement
