Call for Applications: Women in Energy & Sustainability Mentorship Programme 2026
The Ukusimama Foundation is a purpose-driven organisation committed to advancing clean energy access, sustainability, and inclusive development across Africa, while intentionally nurturing the next generation of women leaders in these critical sectors.
In alignment with this mission, we are pleased to announce the opening of applications for the Women in Energy & Sustainability Mentorship Programme 2026—a transformative initiative designed to empower, mentor, and support women across the energy, water, climate, and sustainability value chains.
This programme provides participants with guided mentorship, professional development support, and exposure to opportunities that strengthen leadership capacity and accelerate career growth in sustainability-focused fields.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must hold a qualification in one or more of the following disciplines:
- Environmental Science
- Environmental Management
- Energy Management
- Electrical Engineering
- Sustainability
- Climate Change
- Water Resources Management
