Role Overview: Customer Service Representative at Msmetics
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our customers.
This role will involve managing client communications across various social media platforms, responding to phone inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience for both Msmetics and our sister brand, Outlash.
As a Customer Service Representative, your goal will be to provide timely, accurate, and professional responses to all inquiries, ensuring that every customer interaction leaves a positive impression. You will play a key role in fostering customer loyalty and upholding our brand’s commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative
As a critical member of the Msmetics team, your responsibilities will include:
Social Media and Digital Communication
- Monitor and manage customer messages, comments, and inquiries across all social media platforms.
- Provide accurate, clear, and friendly information regarding Msmetics’ and Outlash’s products, services, promotions, and policies.
- Engage with customers to maintain a positive and active online presence.
- Escalate complaints or complex issues to the relevant team members while ensuring a prompt resolution.
Phone Call Management
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and courteously, addressing customer inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Provide effective solutions or direct customers to appropriate resources when additional assistance is needed.
Customer Satisfaction and Problem Solving
- Strive to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering patient, friendly, and knowledgeable service.
- Handle challenging situations with professionalism, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset.
Administrative and Reporting Tasks
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns and trends to help improve processes and services.
