About the Role

Fidelity Bank is seeking a creative and tech-savvy professional to join our team as a Mobile Videographer, Content Creator, and Digital Marketer. This dynamic role involves creating engaging digital content, managing social media presence, and capturing the essence of our brand through visually stunning and impactful videos.

Key Responsibilities

1. Filming & Editing:

  • Use mobile phones to create engaging reels, snackable short-form videos, and lo-fi video content.
  • Combine video components, add effects, and integrate sound/dialogue using editing software and digital effects tools.

2. Content Creation:

  • Curate and produce brand-aligned social media content, including creative reel series.
  • Engage with the target audience through innovative and captivating content.

3. Staying Trendy:

  • Stay updated on new trends and mobile video editing techniques.
  • Create eye-catching reels and think outside the box to tell compelling video stories.

4. Quality Assurance:

  • Oversee video and audio editing to ensure high-quality output.

5. Event Coverage:

  • Use mobile devices to capture memorable moments at events, including vertical videos and photos.

6. TikTok Strategy:

  • Manage and elevate Fidelity Bank’s presence on TikTok.
  • Develop viral, trendy, and innovative content strategies to grow followers, boost engagement, and drive measurable results.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in creating reels and copywriting.
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in mobile photography and videography.
    • Strong editing abilities and a portfolio showcasing previous reel creations.
    • Knowledge of social media platforms, especially TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat, with a focus on video content marketing.
    • Up-to-date with trends and equipped with a keen eye for aesthetics and artistic design.
    • Flexible, open to feedback, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong English writing and communication skills.
